Intelligent Harvest, LLC (“Intelligent Harvest,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit one of our forms — a contact form or a Build Hub access request — we receive the information in that form, which may include your name, email address, organization or role, and any message you write. We also collect standard, non-identifying usage data through analytics, described below.

We use the information you submit to respond to you, to evaluate access requests, and to follow up about Intelligent Harvest. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or your browser’s cookie controls.

The site is hosted on Netlify, and our forms are processed through Netlify Forms; form submissions are stored there and emailed to us. Analytics is provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We do not sell your information, and we never share it with advertisers.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted, and you can opt out of analytics at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.

We keep submitted information only as long as we need it to respond and maintain our records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
